The size and type of property determine how many hours are needed. A two-bedroom flat will usually require around three hours, while a five-bedroom house may need a full day at £199.

Flat cleaning prices in London (2026)

Rates are £23–30 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Prime central areas — Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Kensington and Chelsea — are £29 per hour. A full day (8 hours) is £199. End of tenancy cleaning is a fixed price from £160 for a studio, £195 for a one-bedroom and £245 for a two-bedroom flat, cleaned to the inventory check-out standard so you can claim your deposit back.

Deep cleaning is £30 per hour with a four-hour minimum, and after builders cleaning is priced per job, from £280 for a one-bedroom flat — both need heavier equipment and a longer brief. End of tenancy cleaning stays a fixed price: £160 for a studio, £195 for a one-bedroom and £245 for a two-bedroom flat, cleaned to the inventory check-out standard.

A few jobs carry a surcharge, in line with the London market: pets in the home add 20%, same-day bookings add £15 to the visit, and evenings or weekends 15%. You get the exact figure before you confirm — never after.

A regular housekeeper, not just a clean

For clients who want the same person every week, Prime Care is a monthly arrangement: four three-hour visits, a fixed slot, the same vetted cleaner each time and priority on urgent requests — from £420 per month.

If you need permanent household staff rather than a visiting cleaner, we also place housekeepers: we shortlist, interview and check candidates for your household, and you meet only the people worth meeting. Placement fee from £450, agreed before we start.

What is included
